Hi! My name is Jericka. I am a Realtor, Oregon native, and mother of two busy kids. In my wildest dreams I never thought I'd love my career as much as I do today. I was initially drawn to real estate because of the people, primarily. I have a deep passion for cultivating relationships. When I was a little girl, you'd find me pulling a seat up to the adults' table and taking part in their conversations. I loved hosting Mary Kay and Pampered Chef parties with my mom in the 90's and found that making people feel welcome and comfortable was my gift. This translated into years in the hospitality industry executing events for a catering company and then a  local winery in the Willamette Valley. I've always been good at people and the essential foundation of a successful partnership between clients and their Realtor is the relationship. My clients work with me because I build a relationship with them first, one where they learn that I will always put their best interest before a paycheck and I take care of them before, during and after a transaction. I aim to cultivate an atmosphere where years after a transaction, my clients want to pick up the phone and chat or meet for coffee/ a glass of wine because they want to catch up. My clients become a part of my community and I would not have it any other way. 

Of course there's a bit more to real estate than relationships. To hire any Realtor worth their salt, you need to make sure they are a fierce negotiator, in tune with your local market, have a meticulous eye for detail, heightened awareness of timelines, and above all else: they operate with the utmost integrity.
